Rural Policing Institute (RPI)
 Welcome to the Law Enforcement Training Network (LETN) registration page and information center for eLearning subscriptions provided by the Rural Policing Institute (RPI). The RPI is administered by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). LETN has been awarded a contract to manage the registration process, access to courses, and customer experience for this eLearning component of RPI training.
The purpose of this site is to provide distance learning solutions to sworn law enforcement officers in local, county, campus, and tribal law enforcement agencies as well as to other emergency responders located in rural areas. If you are a law enforcement officer who meets one of the following criteria and wish to enroll in the distance learning courses outlined in the catalogue below, follow the registration link in the navigation bar:
• Work in an area outside of a metropolitan statistical area (MSA) (See http://quickfacts.census.gov )
• Work in an area within an MSA and a county, borough, parish, or area under the jurisdiction of an Indian Tribe, with a population of not more than 50,000
